Chef Wayne has cooked for our family on several occasions. When planning our trip to santa rosa beach this year I was so excited to find that he has finally began his own business because we always had to book him through another company. He has always been respectful of our time and wishes and is great about making recommendations. Chef Wayne has never disappointed and I recommend him 💯
2 years in a row cooking for our group, and we have been equally impressed each time! Chef Wayne is open... he has amazing menu options available and is also open to the "...heeeey we are really wanting to do X, Y, or Z." He comes early to prep, brings what he needs, and cleans when done! 10/10 y'all... but dont book him in October, we have that date on lock!

Delicious gourmet meal with Chef Wayne for our group of 8. Crabcakes that were better than any restaurant , grouper, risotto, salad and to top it off a phenomenal creme brule. Would definitely hire him back for another meal. Impeccable cleanup just made our night!!
Chef Wayne is amazing! My family of 5 plus a toddler had him join us for breakfast, lunch & dinner during a week in Rosemary beach. Every single meal was delicious! Some of the family favorites were the arancini, caprese salad, lobster roll, crab cake, crab gnocchi, key lime pie, bread pudding & the daily omelets were outstanding. We will definitely be calling him again when we head back next year. On top of all the food being delicious, his friendly personality was a delight to have around. He cleaned all of our dishes throughout the week & even helped clear out the fridge of groceries when our week in Rosemary came to an end. 5 star service, restaurant quality cooking. 10/10 recommend!
